Good quality ribbon

I got some of that velvet ribbon for a project I was doing, and it was really nice. The color was true to the pictures, and it felt pretty high quality. Shipping took about a week to get to me in Oregon, which isn't super fast but it's fine. It worked out well for the wreath I made, looked really plush.

Decent prices for signs

I was looking for some character signs for a kids' wreath and found them here. Yeah, I'm pretty sure they ship everywhere in the US, including PR. I've had orders sent to Alaska before without an issue.

I'm in Hawaii and they ship here, so I'd imagine Puerto Rico is fine too. You might want to double check the shipping rates though, sometimes they're a bit higher for non-contiguous states/territories.

I've ordered from both. DecoExchange ribbon always feels a bit more substantial to me, especially their wired stuff. Never had issues with fraying.

Trendy Tree sometimes has unique stuff but DecoExchange generally has better prices for bulk, especially with the free shipping threshold. Quality is pretty similar for basics, but I like DecoExchange's selection of exclusive signs.
